Papers of the Rev. Frazer, the congregations and churches in the Goshen Association [manuscript] 1834-1903.

Correspondence with and memoranda and financial account of the churches and congregations in the Goshen Association, minutes of the association (1847-51) and its Missionary Board (1847-49) kept by Fraser as corresponding secretary, personal accounts and papers relating to Frazer's family, diaries (1839-48) chiefly concerning his religious activities and his journey to Baltimore for the Baptist Triennial Convention in April 1847. Also annual reports (1847-53) of various churches. Churches represented include County Line Church, Caroline Co., Va., Elk Creek Church and Gold Mine Church, Louisa Co., Va., Mt. Pisgah Church and Zion Church, Orange Co., Va., and Hebron Church and Mine Road Church, Spotsylvania Co., Va. The diaries mention the trial of Gen. Edmund Pendleton Gaines, and describe the funeral procession of William Henry Harrison. Also a map showing the southwest portion of the Goshen Ass'n., which includes the counties of Orange, Fluvanna, Goochland, Spotsylvania, and Bedford.
